thumbs up. well said. I admit that so far I have ordered from courtesy twice, and both times they have messed something up (credit card #, mailing address), which makes me less anxious to deal with them in the future, but the mistakes are somewhat understandable when dealing with a voice on the phone. You can't get it perfect every time, people make mistakes, that is life. However, I certainly would not complain about getting a discount, even if it is just the same discount that everyone else on the internet is getting. As for tt.net, I cannot even fathom what would have happened to me without it. I have learned so much that it amazes me. Were it not for tt.net, my Z would probably be deceased by now. tt.net has helped me through countless maintenance procedures and the repair of the Z after 1 major accident (I got t-boned) and soon another accident (Old lady pulled out right in front of me, smashed up the front real nice). And the best part of all? It is free. It's the best money I never spent.
